This week
I will be avoiding milk, meat, cheese and eggs.
Eggs is going to be hard though.
I love eggs.
I don’t want to live as Vegan and living Vegetarian is incredibly hard when you’re still at home and not allowed to cook. We might have needed meat to live well once upon a time, but it’s definitely detrimental nowadays. The whole idea of eating something that’s had blood pumping and energy running through it is a bit vile. And I hate the ethics or lack of them behind breeding to kill - and half my family were sheep farmers. That aside, I don’t actually enjoy meat at all and lactose cripples me on a daily basis, so I think it could be the way to go!
